The Devon Cricket League needs to change parts of its Constitution, Playing Rules and Playing Regulations to align with the new All Through League Structure which will apply from the 2018 season.   It is also the opinion of a number of Club Captains that some modernisation is required.

At meetings with the Chairmen of member clubs, the new draft proposals were discussed.   Since then, Captains and senior players have had time to consider these drafts and feedback has been supplied to Ray Allen (Acting Chairman of the PRRMC), who has re-drafted the documents.   These have now been sent out so that they can be discussed further at the Divisional Meetings on 4 and 6 October.   In order to view the draft Constitution please click here, for the draft Playing Regulations here and for the draft Playing Rules here.
